very cozy and nice, great daylight. 750 € for 40qm is not really cheap, it's definitely not one of those old contracts. it's just not one of those furnished overpriced appartments most expats rent in Mitte. Anyhow, really atmopspheric flat for one person. I personally couldn't live there in two. My Berlin flat is 49qm, I live there by myself, and pay much less.

This apartment is everything 😮 I am in love with the whole nature feel, I am obsessed with forests and jungles so this is perfect for me! Also the wooden handles are amazing 😍 And the moss lamp shade, such a cool idea! Great video! ❤️

As a designer, its just a regular nice apartment wih ugly wooden handles and plants. It makes me think Gandalf lived here. Some solar panels on balcony and plants are not making the place Eco-Friendly. Most interesting part for this house is Rent.

Many people suffer from the "I have to be as close to the center of the city as possible". I also had this syndrome but learned over time that - at least in Germany - living 20-30km far from the city is not really an issue especially if you have a bicycle/car/other means of transportation. I live in Potsdam and it's very easy to get to Berlin. In fact at least on the west northern outskirts of Potsdam you can take the DB train straight to Berlin and it takes you less time then going through even half of Berlin on a bus. :D

Wow, such a great open space. The terrace is definitely the best part and the amount of natural light. Wouldn't mind living in an apartment like that.

Why all the house in Berlin are so congested and weird

I can relate to this so bad. I avoid eating when stressed and I keep telling people it's easier for me to lose weight than gain. When I told people I wanted to gain weight to be healthy, everyone stops me and tell me how once I gain weight, it would be difficult to go back and that I would regret it. They don't know what it's like to be underweight and unhappy.

I have been living in Berlin for 12 years and I really don't get the hype. I just don't.. it's dirty, crammed, people are rude and the rent has tripled in the past 10 years. I'm only staying for the job, but would much prefer a smaller town.
